For 3 Days eat nothing but apples (all the apples you want). When you
want a smoke, instead of reaching for a smoke, reach for an apple.

Drink nothing but distilled water. Drink enough water to keep your urine

Take a hot bath (NOT SHOWER) with a handful of epson salt. Nightly.
(This helps to pull the toxins out of the system). Put a cold washcloth on
the head to keep it cool during your bath.

Take a walk in the fresh air, breathing deeply. The oxygen will help to
clean out the lungs. Walk briskly, swinging the arms, thanking The
Heavenly Father He has given you another day of health to serve Him.
